Is tax evasion in Africa not part of Africa’s culture of corruption? Is it reasonable to expect the powerful who blatantly and unceasingly rob the national treasury to seriously address the plague of tax evasion? I am just asking? The powerful in Africa evade tax and help international companies evade tax too. It is good advice to seek first the kingdom of God and have other things added on later.
