Re- The Dubious Attempt To Appoint Solicitors For Our Leader And The Islamic Movement In Nigeria

May the Almighty reward you ! Many thanks for keeping us posted with this latest update about the fate of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky the local leader of Nigeria's Shia brethren and sistren. That it is under the watchful eyes of President Muhammadu Buhari, that Sheikh Zakzaky, his wife and family are currently being so brazenly, unjustly mistreated first by the Nigerian military and now this disgraceful attempt by the authorities, to pervert justice by denying Sheikh Zakzaky the right to choose his own lawyers and worse than that the duplicitous government using its underhand methods wants to appoint Sheikh Zakzaky's defence team for him? As if things were not already bad enough with the Nigerian judiciary dragging its feet, reluctant to dispense justice and to mete out compensation which can only be estimated in the Zillions of dollars in dunyia money.

The idea of Justice looms very large in the Shia usool ( fundamentals) - ADL (Divine Justice) an attribute of TAWHID

No matter what happens in the future, the heinous massacre of the Shia in Nigeria during Muhammadu Buhari's watch, is a stain on his government and they will reap the whirlwind which they are sowing. The only path of salvation open to them is that of remorse, repentance and restitution as far as possible - to avoid or delay the justice that will eventually come their way and sweep them away. (This I have seen clearly – as clearly as I see the tragedies writ large, looming over the United States of America , making much of what is being said, could be said, to be superfluous - and that's why I have not updated my blog since the 9^th of June. Will update as soon as I get a third confirmation)

As the saying goes, "God does not like ugly." Look at the fate of all the miscreants who have been doing evil on earth, but in the end will bow to the judgement of His Majesty, the King of King of Kings.

Please be assured that the Almighty sees and knows all – as the Quran states , the Almighty does not get drowsy nor is He ever overtaken by sleep.

When atrocities occur, such as the massacre of pro-Biafra activists or massacres by armed Fulani Cattlemen, there are those who are quick to quote Dr. King, that "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere" -it's as if some people are only concerned about the section of I-manity that they call their own people.

Personally, apart from the 12the Blessing of the Amidah - I have never prayed for the destruction of any enemies … it's like the arrow that the rabbi was talking about - the kind of prayer that maybe, you cannot recall – and one is mindful of Matthew 10:36 "a man's enemies will be the members of his own household" - a Cain of a brother, a distant cousin who wants to inherit your farm…

What is Islam? Pray to God and help people!

People, please don't delay in speaking up for Justice for Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky and The Islamic Movement in Nigeria !
