These outcomes influence the quality of life in the Continental African community and its contributions; US-Africa policies;  and engagements with the African Union.   The consequences have been acknowledged by African Union governments, the World Bank,  European Union, and global development institutions.    Every new and emerging population in the US had to leverage its collective power to become  reckoning community.
