Subject: Reminder: Accommodation, Registration and Transport
Dear Delegates,
Three things:
1. Accommodation
Blue Waters Hotel has run out of beds/accommodation. It is full.
Delegates can now book their accommodation at TROPICANA HOTEL, Durban. We have signed an agreement with them to host our conference, delegates and the gala dinner. Tropicana Hotel is in the South Beach. Blue Waters Hotel is in the North Beach. It is a walking distance. Delegates will be able to walk from one hotel to the next. Those who booked at Blue Waters Hotel are free to stay. We have decided to move the venue of our conference to Tropicana Hotel because a large number of our delegates will be based there.
The rate of accommodation is the same: $70 or (R750) per night.

2. Registration
The registration for the conference continues. Please register with us so that we can prepare for your conference packages: bags, writing materials, name tags etc. We will not provide you with these materials if you do not register. How will we know that you are coming? So please, booking your accommodation and register with us as well.
Please do not forget to forward me your registration payment receipt. The University receives your payment with your name only. However, I am required to provide them with your full addresses - for tax purposes and in line with money laundering laws. So receiving your receipts will make things easier.
3. Transport
Tropicana Hotel and I will arrange for your transportation from King Shaka International Airport to the hotel
