Do Not Buy an ARCHOS Tablet
Abdul Karim Bangura
Good Greetings Family Members:
I pray that your day is going very well. As I promised some of the folks at ARCHOS, I intend to share my bitter experience from dealing with their company through all forms of social media across the globe. So please help me to spread the message.
One week after I bought an ARCHOS tablet through Staples, I had to get it replaced by the seller. The replacement was even worse. Within a few months, I had to send the tablet to the company for repairs on three different occasions. In essence, the tablet spent more time in shipment than I used it.
I then requested for a refund or an upgrade to a tablet that could be better. ARCHOS denied my request. In fact, during the telephone conversations between three of the employees and I, they became quite condescending. I believe that my African accent must have precipitated their disrespectful attitude. They insisted that I send them the tablet one more time for repair. I sent the tablet and it was returned to me with the statement that nothing is wrong with it. Well, as I share this story with you, the tablet is not charging because the USB port is not working.
Thanks a heap in advance for your good help.
In Peace Always!
