It looks as if the general idea in the article about dangers in contact between generative, oral and excretory organs is valid, even if one knows nothing about the detailed medical information provided.
Having noted that, I would think such information should be part of the standard self protection information of any gay person. My understanding of responsible gay sex is that such dangers are taken note of and addressed through various measures.
These dangers do not in themselves negative whatever validity exists for being gay as a sexual orientation because being gay goes beyond the physical challenges it may involve.
I understand being gay as a biological, psychological and mental orientation that involves the totality of oneself as an embodied being, just as being heterosexual also is.
Secondly, all the sexual practices described in the article are also engaged in by heterosexual people.
True life accounts and erotic film and fiction makes this clear.
The human being does not always align profitably with what seems naturally enabled.
Finally, the sections of the article that are clearly non-factual are the effort to link sadism, coprophilia and homosexuality.
There is no direct connection between them because BDSM-bondage and sado-masochism, the larger context of sexual practices within which sadism falls , is a style of sexuality ranging from mild to hard core, shared across the spectrum of sexual orientations and involves the deriving of sexual pleasure from giving and receiving pain or from experiences of physical and psychological submission, and is not oriented towards any particular sexual preference between gay and heterosexual orientations.
Coprophilia is a highly specialized sexual deviation that does not necessarily involve gay people and is demonstrated in heterosexual contexts.
