BOKO HARAM: A THORN IN UNDERSTANDING POLITICS IN NIGERIA:oladimeji aborisade.
The very good people of Nigeria  classified as over  one hundred and seventy one  million are held stiffly by a group of undocumented  radicals   called Boko Haram. Whatever motive they have, Boko Haram is a dent.  A dangerous snake that should not be allowed to breath.    Today, it is Borno State.  It could be anywhere next.  According to their look, they are ready to strike at any time but the good people of Nigeria are not ready for a clash.  We are exhibiting a form  of timidity. This is not the  right  time to stand aloof.   Our resistance does not justify our capacity to defend our integrity.  Boko Haram  has sensed the weakness of the Federal Government in this context and it is behaving as the Lord of the North East.     They are  killing daily in large numbers.  They dress in Nigeria Military Uniform  and the Nigerian  Military  group could not identify their enemies.    Although I am over 80, if there is need to fight Boko Haram to surrender, I am willing.  Any nation that can not stand firmly for the Youths will regret forever.   If Jonathan is weak, there are 36 states in Nigeria and 774 Local  Governments, let there be a collective wisdom to end the atrocity  of  Boko Haram  in Nigeria.    We can do it.
Nigeria has always been a State for experiment. Experiment in the areas of religion, ethnic affinity, education, economy, and awareness to politics but we have  gone a long way.  We need now to close the gap   and see the country as one. Absolutely indivisible by thugs.     Boko Haram is only presenting itself  as a thorn in understanding politics in Nigeria because  the Northern Leaders are too quiet for this purpose and their non concerned attitude   or too slow to view Nigeria as one may cause more hatred/ hurt the future.   If there is another chaos at  Boko Haram's  level , Nigeria as a country will be in  bad shape.
